What is your refund policy?

We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. You can return unworn, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging for a full refund. Custom or personalized items, however, are not eligible for refunds unless there is a defect in the product. Please contact us within the return window to initiate the process.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer service team . We will provide you with return instructions and a pre-paid return label for eligible items. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Returns must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

Yes, we offer exchanges for items that are unworn and in their original condition. To exchange an item, simply contact our customer service team within 6 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist with selecting the right size or style. Please note, custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchanges unless there is a manufacturing error.

Are there any items that cannot be refunded or exchanged?

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved items)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified)
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been shipped yet. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
